Senior Architecture Manager

As a Senior Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all architectural projects in our Funchal office. You will lead a team of architects and designers to ensure the successful completion of projects within budget and on schedule. Your strong leadership skills and extensive knowledge of architecture will be crucial in guiding your team to deliver high-quality designs that meet client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all architectural projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to design standards, budget constraints, and deadlines
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of architects and designers, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design proposals that meet their expectations
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure project progress is in line with design plans
- Oversee the preparation of detailed drawings, models, and specifications for construction purposes
- Review and approve material selections and construction methods for each project
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project to ensure smooth execution
- Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, building codes, and regulations to continuously improve our designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Architecture Manager or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, materials, and construction methods
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with strict deadlines
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team towards success
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Biometric passport (preferred)
Salary: 1400$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Funchal (candidates from any nationality welcome)
Employment type: Contract (without accommodation)
