Part-Time Moderator in Porto


We are seeking a part-time moderator to join our team in Porto. As a moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing online communities, ensuring that they adhere to our company's guidelines and standards. This position requires excellent communication skills, as you will be interacting with community members and addressing any issues or concerns they may have.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor online communities and social media platforms to ensure compliance with guidelines
- Engage with community members in a respectful and professional manner
- Address any issues or concerns raised by community members
- Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement strategies for community growth and engagement
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for community management

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (Portuguese is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Experience moderating online communities or managing social media platforms is preferred
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools is a plus

Salary: 1400$ per month (part-time)
