Seasonal Barista
We are seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking Barista to join our team at a busy cafe in Faro, Portugal. As a seasonal position, this role is perfect for someone looking for a short-term job opportunity without the need for prior experience. Our ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about coffee and has a friendly and outgoing personality.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks according to customer preferences
- Ensure quality control by following proper brewing techniques and maintaining cleanliness of equipment
- Greet customers in a friendly manner and provide exceptional customer service
- Take orders and process payments accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:
- Must be legally eligible to work in Faro, Portugal with visa sponsorship if needed
- High school diploma or equivalent education preferred
- Previous experience as a barista is not required but is considered an asset
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

We offer competitive pay of 1300$ with the potential for tips. This is a seasonal position with the potential for extension or permanent employment based on performance. Please note that this position does not come with accommodation.
