Sales Manager for International Company in Manama

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our international company in Manama. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. You must have a proven track record in sales and strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to make informed business decisions
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Manager in a similar industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and understand their needs
- Willingness to travel for meetings or conferences as needed

Salary: 900$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Manama, Bahrain (accommodation provided)
Work Hours: Full time, Monday-Friday (may include occasional weekends or evenings)
Nationality Preference: Any (must have valid biometric passport)
