We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at a luxury resort in Albena, Bulgaria. This position is open to candidates of any nationality, however, we are specifically looking for someone with a background in Culinary Arts and prior experience as an Executive Chef.

As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the culinary operations at our resort. This includes menu planning and development, inventory management, food preparation and presentation, and managing a team of chefs and kitchen staff.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences and a strong understanding of various cooking techniques and cuisines. You must also have excellent leadership skills and be able to effectively manage a team while maintaining high standards of quality.

In addition to your culinary expertise, you must also have strong business acumen to effectively manage budgets, control costs, and maintain profitability. Experience with menu costing and knowledge of current food trends is required.

This position offers a competitive salary of 1600$ per month with the potential for bonuses based on performance. We also offer visa sponsorship for qualified candidates who require it.
