Factory Machine Operator

We are currently hiring for a Factory Machine Operator to join our team in Pula. As a Factory Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery used in the manufacturing process. This is a full-time position with a starting salary of $1600 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor machines to ensure they are running properly
- Inspect finished products for quality control
- Troubleshoot and make minor repairs to machinery as needed
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Communicate with other team members to ensure efficiency and productivity

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in manufacturing or operating machinery preferred but not required
- Ability to read and understand technical manuals and blueprints
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physical ability to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 50lbs, and work in a fast-paced environment
