Back-End Developer


A rapidly growing tech company in Lisbon is seeking a talented and experienced Back-End Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Back-End Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing server-side web application logic, collaborating with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. You will also be involved in building efficient, reusable, and scalable code using industry best practices.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Back-End Developer
- Extensive knowledge of back-end programming languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js
- Experience with developing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Strong understanding of database design and management (SQL/NoSQL)
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience working in an Agile development environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities:
- Develop backend components for web applications based on business requirements
- Design and implement data models for databases
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements into applications
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
