Sales Associate - Indian Market


As a Sales Associate for our company, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the Indian market. Your primary goal will be to increase revenue and build strong relationships with potential and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and proactively reach out to them through various channels such as phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
- Understand the needs of clients and recommend suitable products or services to meet their requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly basis.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities in the Indian market.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns and promotions targeted towards the Indian market.
- Provide exceptional customer service through timely, accurate, and professional communication.

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Previous sales experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven attitude.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn about our products and services.
