A reputable construction company in Akron is seeking an experienced Welder to join our team. As a Welder, you will be responsible for assembling and repairing metal parts by welding them together according to specifications. This position offers a competitive salary of 1100$ and full-time employment without requiring any previous experience or English proficiency. Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding process specifications
- Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fuse metal segments together
- Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with welds as needed
- Maintain a safe work environment by following safety guidelines and procedures
- Clean, maintain, and store welding tools and equipment properly

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Welder or in a similar role
- Proficient in reading blueprints and schematics
- Familiarity with different types of welding techniques (MIG, TIG, etc.)
- Ability to operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy materials if needed

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Welding from a recognized institution or vocational program
- Previous experience in the construction industry
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to welding
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
