We are seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys and preparing detailed maps and reports. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and proficiency in using surveying equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various methods such as GPS, total stations, and aerial photography
- Collect and analyze data to determine precise measurements and boundaries
- Prepare detailed maps and reports based on survey results
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accurate planning and development of projects
- Maintain accurate records of survey data and equipment maintenance
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing surveys

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in land surveying
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Strong knowledge of land surveying principles, techniques, and procedures
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Good physical fitness as the role may involve working outdoors for extended periods of time
