As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for analyzing customer behavior and trends to develop strategies for promoting and selling products. You will work closely with suppliers, retailers, and distributors to ensure successful product placement and availability. Your role is crucial in driving sales and profit growth for the company.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences
- Develop merchandising plans based on market trends and product performance
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate pricing, quantities, and delivery schedules
- Maintain inventory levels by monitoring stock levels and ordering products as needed
- Ensure proper product placement in stores to maximize visibility and appeal
- Monitor sales performance of products and make recommendations for promotions or markdowns
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth or improvement
- Communicate with retailers regarding product updates, promotions, or issues
- Build strong relationships with suppliers, retailers, and distributors

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in merchandising or retail buying
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively

Salary: 900$ per month

Location: Multan
