Warehouse Operations Assistant

The role of a Warehouse Operations Assistant in our company is to support the daily operations of our warehouse in Faro, ensuring that goods are received, stored, and shipped according to company standards and procedures. As a Warehouse Operations Assistant, you will work closely with the warehouse team to ensure efficient and timely processing of orders. Your key responsibilities will include receiving and inspecting incoming shipments, stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and loading/unloading trucks. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and keeping the warehouse clean and organized.

To excel in this role, you should have at least 1-2 years of experience working in a warehouse environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. You should be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds. Time management skills are essential as you will be working under tight deadlines to ensure timely delivery of orders. Attention to detail is also critical as you will be responsible for accurately recording inventory levels and identifying any discrepancies.

As a Warehouse Operations Assistant, you must be a team player with excellent communication skills. You will work closely with other warehouse staff as well as other departments within the company such as logistics and customer service. Therefore, strong interpersonal skills are essential. You should also have basic computer skills to record inventory levels and use warehouse management software.

This position offers a salary of $1700 per month with the potential for growth within the company. We also provide free visa sponsorship and airfare for international candidates who meet our requirements.
