Office Manager
As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office in Abu Dhabi. You will be the main point of contact for all employees and clients, ensuring that our office runs smoothly and efficiently. Your duties will include managing schedules, organizing meetings and events, handling correspondence, maintaining office supplies, and supervising administrative staff. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong organizational abilities. This position is suitable for men and does not require prior experience or accommodation. We offer a monthly salary of $900, free visa and ticket, and flexible part-time hours. This position is open to individuals from African or Filipino backgrounds who are fluent in English.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the office
- Manage schedules and appointments
- Coordinate meetings and events
- Respond to emails and phone calls
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Supervise administrative staff
- Ensure efficient communication between departments
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Previous experience in a similar role (preferred but not required)
- Knowledge of basic computer programs (MS Office)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
