Administrator - Vianden, Luxembourg
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrator to join our team in Vianden, Luxembourg. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Assist with creating reports and presentations

Requirements:
