Administrator - Vianden, Luxembourg
We are in search of an experienced Administrator to join our team in Vianden, Luxembourg. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our company and ensuring its smooth functioning. This includes handling administrative tasks, maintaining records and files, responding to inquiries and managing office supplies. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to multitask. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, along with proficiency in English and a valid work visa for Luxembourg. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the company
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, organizing meetings and maintaining records
- Respond to inquiries from clients and employees
- Manage office supplies and equipment
- Assist with HR duties such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Administrator or similar role
- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills
- Valid work visa for Luxembourg
