Our prestigious hotel in Washington is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. This position is suitable for Filipinos who are fluent in English, have a passion for hospitality, and possess strong sales skills. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue by developing and implementing effective marketing strategies and building relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve hotel's revenue goals
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and create target lists
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other booking channels
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer satisfaction levels to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of sales activities
- Prepare reports on sales performance, pipeline opportunities, and market trends for management review

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales management role, preferably in luxury hotels
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (other languages are a plus)
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build rapport with clients
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications
- Availability to work full time including weekends as needed
