Facade Designer / Engineer


We are currently hiring a talented and experienced Facade Designer / Engineer to join our team in Shan, Pakistan. As a Facade Designer / Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and engineering building facades, ensuring that they meet safety, aesthetic, and structural requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Design building facades using CAD software and other tools
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to understand design requirements
- Conduct feasibility studies and site inspections to determine the best design approach
- Analyze building codes, regulations, and industry standards to ensure compliance
- Create detailed technical drawings and specifications for facade construction
- Select appropriate materials based on performance criteria and budget constraints
- Communicate with suppliers to obtain necessary materials for facade construction
- Review shop drawings and submittals from contractors to ensure accuracy and quality control
- Monitor facade construction progress on-site and resolve any issues that may arise
- Conduct tests on facade systems to ensure functionality and durability

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering (or a related field)
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Facade Designer or Engineer
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD or similar)
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards related to facade design
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Salary:
This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month.
