We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Lisbon. As the head of our kitchen, you will be responsible for creating and executing delicious and innovative menus that showcase our restaurant's unique culinary identity. Your creativity and passion for food will inspire our team to consistently deliver exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Develop new menu items, taking into consideration seasonal ingredients, dietary restrictions, and customer feedback
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation, including plating and presentation
- Train and manage kitchen staff to ensure high-quality dishes are consistently produced
- Monitor food costs and inventory levels to maintain budgetary standards
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, following all health and safety guidelines
- Collaborate with management to plan special events or promotions featuring your signature dishes

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting
- Culinary degree or equivalent education/training preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team
- Creative mindset with a passion for experimenting with new flavors and techniques
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Salary: $1200 per month
