Job Title: Part Time Computer Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Computer Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis in Almada. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining computer systems and networks.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide timely solutions
- Install and configure computer systems, software, printers, and other devices
- Maintain and update computer systems and networks to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with other team members to identify and resolve complex technical problems
- Keep track of all support requests and document solutions for future reference
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting techniques
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good time-management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Salary: 1300$ per month (part-time)
Location: Almada (accommodation provided)
Visa: Own visa required (for all nationalities)
