English Speaking Moderator in Eschen, Liechtenstein


We are a growing online community platform seeking an English speaking Moderator to join our team in Eschen, Liechtenstein. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing user activity on our platform to ensure a safe and positive experience for all members. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$ per month and includes accommodation and visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor user activity on our platform to ensure compliance with community guidelines
- Respond to user inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Review reported content and take appropriate action according to company policies
- Develop and implement strategies to promote positive interactions among users
- Collaborate with other moderators to continuously improve community standards
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for online community management

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and online communities
- Proactive problem solver with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Experience moderating online communities is preferred but not required
