Online Consultant


We are seeking an experienced Online Consultant to join our team in Faisalabad. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing virtual support and assistance to clients through various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through email, chat, or video calls to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Offer expert advice on products or services that best suit the client's requirements
- Generate leads and convert them into sales by promoting services and products through online channels
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by promptly addressing any queries or concerns
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide accurate and relevant information to clients
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products or services

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience as an Online Consultant or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Familiarity with various digital platforms and tools such as email, chat, video conferencing, etc.
- Strong knowledge of online marketing techniques and strategies
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service

Salary:
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1500$ per month.

Location:
Our office is located in Faisalabad. This position does not offer accommodation. However, visa sponsorship is available for candidates who require it.
