Online Consultant - Faisalabad, Pakistan



As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to clients through online channels. Your main goal will be to ensure client satisfaction and retention by offering personalized solutions and recommendations. You will be expected to have a strong understanding of the company's products and services, as well as excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through online platforms such as email, chat or video calls
- Understand clients' needs and provide tailored solutions and recommendations
- Handle inquiries, complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer experience
- Stay updated on company's products, services, policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Familiarity with online communication platforms such as email, chat or video calls
- Bachelor's degree is an advantage but not required

Salary: $900 per month (contract job)

Location: Faisalabad, Pakistan (accommodation provided)
