Student Sales Manager
As a Student Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our company's products and services to students in Lisbon. Your main goal will be to increase sales and revenue by developing strong relationships with students and identifying their needs. You will also be in charge of managing a team of student sales representatives.
Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell our products and services to students in Lisbon
- Develop and maintain relationships with students, understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service
- Train, motivate, and manage a team of student sales representatives
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Attend sales meetings, conferences, and events to stay updated on industry trends
- Analyze market trends, competition, and customer feedback to develop effective sales strategies
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company
Requirements:
- Currently studying at a university or college in Lisbon (Portuguese nationality preferred)
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends if needed
