We are in search of an experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Braga, Portugal. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability for our company. You will also be in charge of managing inventory levels, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Monitor inventory levels and make necessary adjustments to maximize sales opportunities
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new product opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and production to successfully launch new products
- Work closely with suppliers to negotiate pricing and ensure timely delivery of products
- Create visual displays that effectively showcase products and attract customers
- Analyze sales data and make recommendations for improvements or changes in strategy

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Merchandiser or similar role
- Strong understanding of merchandising techniques and principles
- Knowledge of market trends and consumer behavior
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with visa sponsorship
- Fluency in Portuguese
