Manage the daily operations of our office in Ajman, ensuring smooth functioning and high productivity. Oversee administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and maintaining records. Handle financial responsibilities, including budgeting and invoicing. Supervise and support staff members, providing guidance and training as needed. Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere in the office. Communicate effectively with clients and other stakeholders via email, phone, and in-person meetings. Previous experience in office management is required for this role. Fluency in English is preferred but not required. This position does not include accommodation, but we provide a free visa and ticket for Nepali nationals or foreigners with valid work permits. Students are also welcome to apply.
