Office Manager



We are currently seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Ajman, UAE. As an Indian national, you will be responsible for managing all administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of relevant experience and be able to work without accommodation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations and ensure efficiency
- Supervise administrative staff and delegate tasks accordingly
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of projects
- Handle all incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, calls, and mail
- Maintain accurate records and files for easy retrieval
- Oversee office budget and expenses
- Arrange travel arrangements for senior management when required
- Monitor inventory levels and order office supplies as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Proven track record of effectively managing administrative tasks
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work without accommodation in Ajman, UAE
- Indian nationality preferred
