Job Title: Indian Baker


We are seeking a skilled Indian Baker to join our team in Balzers. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating delicious Indian-inspired baked goods while ensuring the highest quality and consistency.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of Indian breads, pastries, and desserts according to traditional recipes
- Monitor and maintain proper baking temperatures and times
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh and of high quality
- Decorate and present baked goods in an appealing manner
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to plan and execute menu items
- Keep work area clean and adhere to food safety regulations
- Manage inventory of baking supplies and place orders as needed
- Train new employees on baking techniques and recipes

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Baker, preferably with experience in Indian baking techniques
- Knowledge of traditional Indian breads, pastries, and desserts
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Biometric passport required for international travel

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of $1700 per month for this position.
