Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake various types of breads, pastries, and desserts according to traditional Indian recipes
- Ensure the quality and consistency of all baked goods
- Monitor inventory levels of baking ingredients and place orders as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Train new staff members on baking techniques and recipes
- Adhere to all sanitation guidelines and food safety regulations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Baker in an Indian bakery or restaurant setting
- Extensive knowledge of traditional Indian baking techniques and recipes
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills
- Attention to detail is essential
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Must be willing to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
