Job Title: Sales Manager (Kenyan Nationals) - Al Ahmadi, Kuwait



We are currently hiring a Sales Manager to join our growing team in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to drive business growth and achieve sales targets. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1500$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase revenue and market share
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities
- Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing deals
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management

Requirements:
- Kenyan nationality preferred
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a sales management role, preferably in the same industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop team members
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
