Industrial Painter

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Painter to join our team in Mombasa. As an Industrial Painter, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces, mixing and applying paints, and ensuring a high-quality finish on various industrial equipment and structures. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer
- Mix paints to achieve desired colors and consistencies
- Apply paint using various techniques such as brush, roller, or spray gun
- Ensure smooth and even coverage of paint on surfaces
- Monitor drying times and make necessary touch-ups or adjustments
- Follow safety guidelines and use protective equipment when working with hazardous materials
- Maintain painting equipment and keep work area clean and organized

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Industrial Painter or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of paints, coatings, and application techniques
- Ability to read and interpret specifications and blueprints
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Physical strength to stand for long periods of time, climb ladders, and lift heavy objects
- Own visa or valid work permit in Mombasa
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
