Entry-Level Adjuster in Malindi

We are hiring an Entry-Level Adjuster to join our team in Malindi. As an Adjuster, you will be responsible for investigating insurance claims and determining the appropriate settlement amount. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to start their career in the insurance industry.

Responsibilities:
- Review insurance policies and determine coverage for claims
- Investigate claims by gathering information from all parties involved
- Analyze evidence and documentation to determine liability and damages
- Negotiate settlements with claimants or their representatives

- Communicate with clients, insurance agents, and legal counsel as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
