Sous Chef for Fine Dining Restaurant in Lisbon

As a Sous Chef, you will work closely with our Head Chef to oversee the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards. You will be responsible for managing and training our team of chefs, as well as maintaining inventory and ordering supplies. Additionally, you will assist in creating menu items and developing new dishes that showcase your culinary skills.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience working in high-end restaurants, with a strong background in French cuisine. You should also have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and delegate tasks to your team. A creative flair for designing visually appealing dishes is also essential.
