Carpenter



As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard. You will work with a variety of materials and tools to complete projects such as building frameworks, walls, roofs, decks, and floors. Our ideal candidate will have experience in carpentry and possess strong technical skills.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut materials to specifications
- Install structures and fixtures such as windows, frames, floorings, and trim
- Build scaffolding and other temporary structures
- Follow blueprints and building plans to meet client's needs
- Collaborate with contractors, electricians, plumbers to ensure project completion
- Inspect completed work for quality and make necessary repairs or adjustments
- Adhere to safety guidelines at all times
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical drawings
- Proficient knowledge of carpentry techniques and methods
- Familiarity with woodworking equipment such as saws, drills etc.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy materials
- Excellent hand-eye coordination
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail

Salary: $1100/month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Bayan (preferably Indian national)

Employment Type: Contract (with visa sponsorship)

Experience Required: 2+ years in carpentry
