Office Assistant for Indian Company in Eldoret
A growing Indian company in Eldoret is seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$. As an Office Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing support to our team. This job does not require any previous experience and English language skills are not required.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to emails
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, including ordering new supplies as needed
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Assist with data entry, record keeping, and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
- Prepare documents, presentations, and reports as requested
- Help with general administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education level
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi or other Indian languages preferred
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
