We are hiring a skilled Factory Machine Operator to join our team in Dubrovnik. As a Factory Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines in our factory, ensuring smooth production and quality control. Your main duties will include setting up machines, monitoring operations, troubleshooting issues, and performing regular maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in machine operation and basic knowledge of mechanical principles. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and additional technical training is preferred. Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment are essential. This position requires physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Indian nationality is preferred, but all nationalities are welcome to apply. English language skills are not required for this position. We offer a competitive salary of $1600 per month, as well as accommodation for our employees.
