Senior Developer - Chelyabinsk, Russia

We are in search of a highly skilled Senior Developer to join our team in Chelyabinsk, Russia. As a Senior Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining complex software applications, as well as providing technical leadership and guidance to the development team.

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement software solutions that meet business requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Lead code reviews and provide feedback to junior developers
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the development process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
- Experience with web development frameworks like AngularJS or ReactJS
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure
