We are seeking a qualified Land Surveyor to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys and preparing accurate measurements and data for various construction and development projects. The ideal candidate will have experience working with surveying equipment and software, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills. This position offers a salary of 1700$ per month and is open to Pakistani and Malayalee candidates with their own visa.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners
- Collect and analyze data to determine property boundaries, elevation changes, and other relevant information
- Prepare detailed reports and maps based on survey results
- Communicate with project managers and other team members to ensure accuracy of survey data
- Identify potential issues or discrepancies in survey data and propose solutions
- Maintain accurate records of survey data and related documents

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a Land Surveyor
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners
- Experience with AutoCAD or other surveying software
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
