Land Surveyor

A reputable construction company in Izhevsk is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to determine land boundaries and prepare reports for construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in surveying techniques and equipment, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct topographic, boundary, and construction surveys using various surveying techniques and equipment
- Interpret survey data to determine land boundaries and prepare reports for construction projects
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accurate planning and execution of projects
- Prepare detailed drawings, maps, and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Manage survey crew members and oversee their work to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain accurate records of all surveys performed
- Adhere to safety standards at all times while working on job sites

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of surveying techniques, equipment, and software (e.g. total stations, GPS systems)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical individuals
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Preferred:
- Experience working on large-scale construction projects
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or MicroStation
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to land surveying in Izhevsk
