IT Manager

As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the information technology operations of our company in Izhevsk. Your duties will include managing the IT team, ensuring the security and functionality of our systems, and implementing new technologies to improve efficiency and productivity. You will also be responsible for creating and implementing IT policies and procedures, as well as troubleshooting any technical issues that may arise. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent knowledge of IT systems, and experience managing a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company's information technology department
- Manage a team of IT professionals, including training, mentoring, and performance evaluations
- Ensure the security and functionality of all systems, including network infrastructure, hardware, software, and data
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Identify areas for improvement in technology processes and recommend solutions to increase efficiency
- Troubleshoot technical issues reported by employees and provide timely resolutions
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology to make recommendations for future upgrades or implementations
- Manage relationships with external vendors for hardware/software procurement and support services

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of computer systems (networks, hardware, software)
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Experience creating and implementing IT policies and procedures
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical employees
- Knowledge of industry standards for data security and privacy regulations

Salary: 1700$
Location: Izhevsk (visa sponsorship available)
Language Requirement: English (fluency preferred)
