Our growing company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team in Mombasa. This position is ideal for someone who is a natural leader, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, and has a strong understanding of office management and administrative processes.

As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office. This includes managing our office budget, coordinating with vendors and suppliers, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring that all office equipment is functioning properly. You will also be responsible for managing the schedules of our team members, delegating tasks as needed, and providing support to ensure that all projects are completed on time.

To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication skills and be comfortable working with people from diverse backgrounds. You should also have strong problem-solving abilities, as well as the ability to think quickly on your feet. Previous experience in an office management or administrative role is preferred but not required.

This position offers a competitive salary of 1400$ per month and is suitable for men who are looking to grow their career in office management. As this position does not include accommodation, it is recommended that candidates have their own housing arrangements.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience in an office management or administrative role preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proven leadership skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be fluent in English
