Sales Representative (Nepali-speaking)

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Eldoret. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to Nepali-speaking customers in the area. Your main goal will be to increase sales and meet or exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out and engage with Nepali-speaking customers in the Eldoret area.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Promote and sell our products, highlighting their key features and benefits.
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.

Requirements:
- Fluency in both English and Nepali.
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Motivated, results-driven, and able to meet deadlines.
- Valid work permit/visa for Kenya (own visa preferred).
- Willingness to travel within the Eldoret area.
