Sales Representative


We are seeking a motivated and driven Sales Representative to join our team in Eldoret. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to potential customers in order to meet and exceed sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell products to potential customers
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company
- Build and maintain relationships with clients
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs
- Present product information, features, and benefits to clients
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale with customers
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints
- Prepare sales reports and analyze data to identify trends
- Collaborate with colleagues from other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
- Ability to understand customer needs and present solutions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Diploma or degree in Marketing or related field is preferred

Salary: 1600$ per month
