Job Title: Hotel Sales Manager


The Hotel Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing all sales activities for our hotel in Sharjah. This includes developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales executives, and maintaining relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel sales and be able to effectively communicate with clients from various nationalities. This position offers a competitive salary of 1500$ and includes free visa and ticket for all nationalities.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets
- Manage a team of sales executives, providing guidance and support as needed
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to create attractive packages and promotions
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Prepare monthly reports on sales performance for management review
- Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel sales, preferably in Sharjah or UAE
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication skills, able to effectively present ideas and negotiate deals with clients from different backgrounds
- Excellent time management skills, able to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
