Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our construction projects in Muscat. As an Indian national, you will have a strong understanding of the local construction industry and regulations. Your main responsibilities will include planning, budgeting, scheduling, and overseeing the construction process from start to finish. You must have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team. This is an urgent position with accommodation provided. Salary is $1200 per month.

Job Title: Site Supervisor

We are currently seeking a Site Supervisor with experience in the construction industry to join our team in Muscat. As an Indian national, you will have a good understanding of local regulations and building codes. Your duties will include overseeing daily on-site activities, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, managing subcontractors, and reporting progress to the Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or Foreman and excellent communication skills. This is an urgent position with accommodation provided.
