Formworker

A construction company in Dickirch is seeking a skilled Formworker to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in constructing concrete structures, including formwork assembly and reinforcement placement.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials according to specifications
- Assemble formwork for various concrete structures
- Place and secure reinforcement bars, mesh or cables
- Pour, spread and smooth concrete using hand tools
- Monitor curing process and make necessary adjustments
- Remove formwork after concrete has set
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Formworker or similar role
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately
- Physical stamina to work in various weather conditions
- Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and equipment
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Good communication skills
- Work visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates.
