Heavy Equipment Operator for Construction Projects in Ufa, Russia

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our construction team in Ufa. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various heavy machinery, such as excavators, bulldozers, and backhoes. Your main duty will be to ensure the safe and efficient operation of equipment while following all safety regulations and project specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment on construction sites according to project needs
- Conduct pre-operation inspections on machinery and report any issues
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment as needed
- Follow safety procedures at all times to prevent accidents or damage to equipment or property
- Communicate with other team members regarding project progress and any issues that may arise
- Ensure that work is completed according to project specifications and within set timelines

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator in a construction setting
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Knowledge of safe operation practices for various heavy machinery
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications
- Physical ability to operate equipment for extended periods of time in various weather conditions
