Nurse Supervisor



We are currently hiring for the position of Nurse Supervisor for our healthcare facility in Shan, India. As a Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of nurses, ensuring high-quality patient care, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of nursing staff.
- Train and mentor new nurses to ensure they meet the standards of our facility.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to improve individual and team performance.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Monitor patient care to ensure it meets established standards.
- Collaborate with other department heads to develop and implement effective patient care plans.
- Manage schedules, assignments, and staffing levels to meet patient needs.
- Address any issues or concerns raised by patients or their families.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
- Valid nursing license in India.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a nursing supervisory role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices.

Salary:
