Hotel Sales Manager in Eschen

Our hotel in Eschen is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing within the hospitality industry, with a proven track record of generating revenue and building relationships with clients. This position requires a dynamic individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue for the hotel
- Identify potential clients and build relationships to secure new business
- Maintain existing client relationships through regular communication and personalized service
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for the hotel
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure cohesive efforts in promoting the hotel
- Prepare sales reports and presentations for management
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to represent the hotel

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales within the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to close deals effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software
- Willingness to travel for business purposes
