Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of individuals to ensure they are motivated, engaged, and working towards common goals
- Develop and implement strategies to drive team performance and achieve targets
- Provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members to help them reach their full potential
- Monitor team progress and provide regular updates to upper management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow and effective communication
- Conduct performance evaluations for team members and provide constructive feedback for improvement

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar industry or field
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make quick decisions
- Results-driven with a proven track record of achieving targets and driving team performance
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of $900 per month.

This role is based in Funchal, Portugal. Please note that this position does not include accommodation.
