Back-End Developer


We are seeking a talented Back-End Developer to join our fast-paced and dynamic team in Washington. As a Back-End Developer, you will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying server-side applications, while also collaborating with front-end developers to ensure seamless integration between the server-side and client-side elements. Your role will primarily focus on creating and maintaining the core logic, database interactions, and API integrations of our web applications.

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Back-End Developer or similar role
- In-depth understanding of server-side languages such as Java, Python, or Ruby
- Experience working with relational databases (e.g. MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g. MongoDB)
- Familiarity with front-end languages (e.g. HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Knowledge of web servers (e.g. Apache) and familiarity with Linux/Unix environments
- Experience working with API integrations and third-party services
- Familiarity with code versioning tools (e.g. Git)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred

Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing efficient server-side applications
- Building reusable code and libraries for future use
- Optimizing the application for maximum speed and scalability
- Implementing security and data protection measures
- Collaborating with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
- Integrating data storage solutions (both SQL and NoSQL databases)
- Troubleshooting issues and debugging code to improve application performance
- Staying up-to-date with emerging trends in back-end development

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this position.

Location:
This job is based in Washington, but we welcome applicants from all over India who are willing to relocate.

Language Requirements:
Fluency in English is not required for this position, as long as you have a strong understanding of server-side languages and are able to communicate effectively with your team.

Experience and Accommodation:
We require at least 2 years of experience in back-end development for this role. Accommodation will not be provided, so we prefer candidates who are already based in Washington or are willing to find their own accommodation.
